Property valuation
Property valuation is a core service at Deloitte and we pride ourselves on our depth of knowledge and range of experience. Providing both commercial and residential valuation services, our key strengths are:
- Valuations of all asset types including commercial, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Red Book
- Market awareness – we are in constant contact with all the markets in which we offer valuation services;
- Delivery of bespoke and timely valuation services matching the requirements of our client;
- Technical valuation expertise – depending on the nature of the assignment we use either licensed software or have the skill sets to produce bespoke models if necessary; and
- We have both a regional and global reach and have the experience to undertake valuations, across the Middle East and North Africa.
Capital Markets
Acquisition and disposal advice in relation to income-producing assets across the Middle East and global markets. With a presence in over 170 countries we have access to both on and off market opportunities and given that each market is different we are able to give accurate advice.
