Women's advancement

Women's advancementCapitalizing on talent

Women are an integral part of the Deloitte workforce, accounting for 47 percent of all global personnel. Deloitte is committed to the recruitment and advancement of women through initiatives such as its Council for the Global Retention of Women (GROW) and Deloitte in the Middle East's DRAW (Deloitte retention and advancement of women). DRAW was designed to ensure Deloitte & Touche (M.E.) is the place where talented high performing women can find outstanding careers. In the last few years DRAW has seen the introduction of a number of initiatives, including work/life balance policies to help further women's (and men's) careers at Deloitte. At the same time, promotions within the firm have seen women assuming more leadership roles in the region.

Deloitte ME Professional Women Network
The LinkedIn network represents a key initiative under the Deloitte Retention & Advancement of Women (DRAW) program. It aims to create a virtual meeting place to bring together like-minded professionals with a similar ambition to promote and champion gender diversity in the Middle East.
