Public Private Partnerships

The phenomenon of tax evasion
Tax avoidance creates a gaping hole in the financial coffers of the Government of India which needs to be plugged to generate better tax income. Tax arbitrage is one of the main means of tax avoidance by individual tax payers & companies. Taxpayers seek out and exploit differences and inconsistencies on a comparative basis between the national tax regimes to minimise the incidence of tax.
