Since its enactment in 1959, the law for the Encouragement of Capital Investment is one of the most significant and meaningful means for the growth and development of the Israeli economy and its industry. This Law also serves as a major tax planning tool for companies in Israel.
As of January 2011, amendment number 68 came in to effect in response the Law for the Encouragement of Capital Investment. Amendment 68 includes substantial changes which need to be examined further.
