Risk management in the manufacturing industry |
The firm held an introductory course on Risk Management for CEOs and CFOs from various manufacturing companies which took place on the 9th and 16th of July as part of the CFO forum of the Manufacturers Association in Tel Aviv. The purpose of the course was to introduce to executives from the manufacturing industry the risks their organizations are exposed to the various tools to manage such risks. The course included the following topics: principals of Risk Management, implementation of SOX 302+ 404, risk management in the process of payments to suppliers, risk management in the inventory system and security and business continuity in the industry with specific focus on the supply chain.
