We can see a positive sentiment in the high tech industry. After five consecutive quarters of pessimistic expectations regarding the overall economic climate we can see a major change in the tendency. The respondents' outlook regarding investment valuations is less pessimistic than it was on the last three quarters. Fifty four percent of respondents expect that the investments valuations will decrease, compared to 84% in Q1 2009.
