In alignment with Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar's vision – to be the standard of excellence – Deloitte Academy has developed a unique employee learning program. This program includes a variety of courses covering professional topics in the accounting, audit, tax and consulting practices alongside soft skills and personal development.
Concurring with previous years' trends, the 2009-2010 Deloitte academy program was built to suit the progress of our employees and the needs of our clients. It combines the area of expertise and the seniority of the employee emphasizing the topics which we believe would turn excellence into a firm's standard. The Deloitte Academy program provides our employees in-depth solutions and new versatile tools that enable them to give our clients excellent service with real added value.
IFRS - Is your company ready?
Deloitte has developed a series of IFRS training modules which are offered free (upon registration) as a public service. Each module (approximate size: 3MB) can be downloaded as a .zip file and provides:
- Real life scenarios to demonstrate application of the standards
- "Coach me" sections to explain the principles and theory
- Reference materials to support learning
