Abstract
Our client needed to understand their Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards readiness and to ascertain the remediation activities they needed to perform to meet these requirements.
Challenge
While the PCI Standards are fully documented, our client needed to understand how these impacted them and what gaps in their IT infrastructure existed to allow them to meet these standards.
Approach
Our work with the client included:
- Development of clients PCI needs and scoring against these
- Development of business focused remediation requirements
- Development of detailed IT infrastructure remediation activities and scoped plan for 31 December deadline

Our work provided the client with a full view of their readiness and a detailed project plan of activities to be performed to support PCI compliance.
