David Carson is the partner leading the Restructuring Services team in Deloitte, in Ireland. David has worked for Deloitte for over 20 years and has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, including formal insolvency proceedings and informal reorganisations. He has specific expertise in performing capital efficiency reviews and providing cash management advice to Irish corporates, both healthy and stressed.
Most recently David has acted as Examiner to fashion retailer, Sasha, and to convenience food manufacturer, SwissCo.
David has a background in corporate finance and was partner in charge of M&A Transaction Services for a number of years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, is an Honours Law Graduate from The Queen's University, Belfast and holds a professional diploma in accounting from DCU.
