A joint all-Ireland report by the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in association with Deloitte has revealed that as the economic climate continues to force change, those responsible for leading change are focused on managing benefits to maximise value.
The report, which follows an APM and CIMA survey of members in private and public sector organisations, was launched at a conference in Belfast on Thursday 24 May.
The findings were welcomed by the Northern Ireland Finance Minister, Sammy Wilson MP MLA, who was the keynote speaker at the conference.
