Ciara is a Registered Occupational Psychologist and has over 4 years experience in the area of Human Capital Management. She has provided consultancy services to both Public and Private sector clients in the areas of talent strategy, succession management, learning strategy, management/ leadership development and change management. She specialises in competency modelling and the design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centres, providing clients with an objective methodology for measuring, selecting and building capability within their organisations.
