Alan joined Deloitte in 1998, having trained in industry with Diageo plc, formerly Grand Metropolitan plc. Alan has worked with a broad range of indigenous Irish plc's, large corporates and multi-national organisations, semi-state organisations and public sector bodies in Ireland. Alan specialises in the areas of business transformation with a particular focus on finance transformation.
