Social media strategy & capability assessment.

Challenge

Our client wished to explore how it could exploit social media and web 2.0 tools to enhance the quality of its web presence and connect with customers.

Approach

We assisted our client by undertaking an assessment of their current capabilities and with understanding how its fastest growing direct customer channel could take advantage of new internet Web 2.0 developments to enhance the user experience and increase customer revenue.

Solution

At the end of the assessment, the client had a clear understanding of how it could exploit social media tools to connect with its clients, increase revenues and enhance the services it delivered via the web.
