Deloitte appoints Senior Manager to M&A Transaction Services team |
Deloitte has appointed Greg Gormley as Senior Manager in the M&A Transaction Services team.
Mr Gormley brings considerable experience with him to the role. He joins the team from Goodbody Stockbrokers where he worked in the Private Clients department.
Prior to this, Gormley worked as a manager in the Transaction Services department of one of the Big 4 Accountancy firms. He has extensive experience in financial and commercial due diligence reviews, working capital reviews and listings advice. He has also worked on a number of due diligence reviews for high profile public companies.
In his new role, Gormley will be responsible for providing transaction support to both corporate clients and financial institutions.
He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2002 and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from Portobello College.
