Dick Tulloch, Director
Dick leads our Solvency II team. He is the director of our Actuarial services team and has been strongly involved in helping a number of captives and small companies in Ireland prepare for Solvency II. He provided all the technical assistance and advice to help DIMA respond to Solvency II and both QIS3 and QIS4 and has helped them lobby on behalf of their members during the Solvency II Level 1 process. He has also helped a number of Irish-based companies with their QIS3 & QIS4 submissions and responses. Dick assisted AGERE with its initial response to QIS3 and is currently assisting undertakings in other jurisdictions with their Solvency II planning. Under his direction, the team developed a Pillar I model for captives and small undertakings to quickly assess the impact of Solvency II Capital requirements.
Dick has presented at a number of briefings, seminars and conferences on the topic of Solvency II and writes on a number of current issue topics relevant to the Irish insurance market. He is also a council member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland, chairs the General Insurance Committee, is a member of the Solvency II committee and is a member of the Dept of the Taoiseach IFSC Insurance Working Group.

Mary Fulton, Partner
Mary Fulton is the partner leading our financial services audit group. Mary is a financial services expert working with clients in banking, treasury, insurance and reinsurance. Her experience includes a range of Irish and international financial institutions including many of the biggest names in global financial services. She leads our audit services to a number of major clients in Ireland and delivers other services such as agreed upon procedures reports, control reviews, investigations, implementation of IFRS, compliance assistance and advice on regulatory matters. The development of services to the securitisation sector has been a particular focus and a strongly developing area.

Glenn Gillard, Partner
Glenn is a partner in the financial services audit team. His expertise is in the insurance and investment fund sectors serving both domestic and international clients. Glenn has been with the firm for ten years and has a broad experience across external audit, internal audit, control reviews and regulatory reviews.
