Our Insurance briefing on 15 September 2009 addressed the Solvency II (SII) regime.
The session started with a reminder of the main aspects of SII and then went on to address the highlights of the recent CEIOPS consultation papers, the use of gap analysis in considering the impact of Pillar 2 issues and the structure of the new reporting requirements.
