Alan Flanagan

Alan is an experienced Management Consultant and finance professional. Alan joined Deloitte in 1998, having trained in industry with Diageo plc, formerly Grand Metropolitan plc. Alan has worked with a broad range of indigenous Irish plc's, large corporates and multi-national organisations, semi-state organisations and public sector bodies in Ireland. Alan specialises in the areas of business transformation with a particular focus on finance transformation.  Alan has a leadership role with responsibility for the finance transformation consulting team in Deloitte Ireland. Alan is also a member of the Deloitte EMEA Finance Transformation leadership team.
