Dan is a partner in our Tax department and is based in our Limerick office.
He has extensive experience in providing specialist corporate tax advice to a range of clients in the IT, manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors.
Dan’s clients include the Irish operations of many MNCs and large indigenous groups. He has particular expertise in group restructurings, maximising the benefits of Ireland’s low corporate tax rate and the tax issues associated with property related transactions.
Dan holds a B.Comm from University College Cork, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
