Ronan leads our Corporate Finance division which encompasses a range of service lines in the financial advisory area.
Ronan leads advisory projects, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisition support and Due Diligence services. He has wide ranging experience in consulting and advisory engagements covering accounting, audit, governance, and investigation services. In recent years, Ronan has specialised in the financial services sector. He has served clients in the insurance, regulatory, credit union, stockbroker and financial intermediary sectors, as well as in property, manufacturing and technology.
Ronan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ICAI) and has a Bachelor of Science degree from University College Dublin. Ronan is also a member of the Auditing Practices Board (APB), which is the independent audit standard setting body for the UK and Ireland and a member of the Council of the ICAI and chairs the ICAI Finance Board.
