Listing and de-listing procedures

Together with our Financial Advisory colleagues, we provide a full assistance package preparing and guiding companies in IPOs, whether in Hungary or abroad.
Public offerings and takeover procedures
We advise clients on public offerings, designing and implementing acquisition structures of publicly traded companies, advice pertaining to the content of the offering circular and related documentation, representing the clients’ interests in front of theHFSA. We also assist in related matters such as insider trading and price stabilization activities.
Ongoing compliance issues
We can provide assistance and advisory services concerning the ongoing requirements imposed to publicly traded companies, as well as to investment service providers. Furthermore we can assist our clients on the design and implementation of share buy-backs and stock option plans.
