Document management and electronic data processing

We operate as a `paperless` office using electronic document and workflow management system. Our processes are highly automated and customized to specific client needs.

We build a virtual data room for our clients, enabling them to access their source documents and reports via secured web access.

 

Some features of our technology:

  • Complete solution for managing paper documents during their life-cycle considering statute of limitation rules,
  • Our technology allows production of electronically verified documents as alternative for paper documents,
  • We use OCR technology for document digitalization allowing large volume automated document processing,
  • We have automated in-built controls to secure timely data processing,
  • Our electronic data room is interfaced to accounting and payroll systems, allowing direct access to underlying documentation.
