Deloitte Advisory and Management Consulting Co. Ltd. emphasises quality of service as the key component of our philosophy. We have a quality management system which is designed to ensure that the focus is constantly on the client and that every assignment has appropriate quality checks and review points.
Some of the elements included in our system are:
- regular reviews of the assignment against the original terms of reference;
- thorough project planning;
- appropriate allocation of staff;
- in case of subcontracting we provide quality control besides professional skill;
- continuous and documented review of the quality of engagement performance;
- regular feedback to the client on the progress of the assignment;
- continuous measurement of client satisfaction;
- effective recruitment, continuous appraisal and training of staff;
- effective training of all staff in the quality and risk management system.
We are registered with DNV Certification B.V. as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, under certificate number 64209-2009-AQ-BUD-RvA for the following service ranges: Environmental and Enterprise Risk Services and Tax Advisory, and as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, under certificate number 17186-2007-AQ-CZS-RvA/1 for Consulting services.
Compliance with the specified quality procedures is checked by both a team of internal auditors and by the external assessor on a regular basis.
Quality management systems cannot stand still and we are keen to develop ours. Accordingly, we are interested to obtain feedback from our clients on our services and on the ways in which they can be improved. We aim always to exceed your expectations, and if this does not happen, we are keen to ensure that the issues are addressed and lessons are learnt for future assignments.
