The international trade environment is changing daily. As a consequence, customs legislation is also subject to constant changes from one day to the next. To help businesses and entrepreneurs keep on top of changes to customs-related legislation, Deloitte's Customs & Global Trade services group has created the Library of Customs Information, known as Libracus, a knowledge management system that will allow you to keep informed of customs updates on a daily basis.
