Expiry of anti-dumping measures on footwear with uppers of leather from China & Vietnam

DOWNLOAD

The anti-dumping measures on imports of footwear with uppers of leather from China & Vietnam will expire on 31 March 2011. These measures came into force in 2006 for a two year period, but after circumvention of these measures on footwear with uppers of leather from Macao, the European Commission extended the anti-dumping measures. For now, there is no sufficient information justifying the need for an expiry review. So, as it looks now, the current anti-dumping measures will expire on 31 March 2011.
