New Combined Nomenclature as of January 1, 2012

On 28 October 2011 the European Commission has officially published the new Combined Nomenclature (“CN”). The new CN can include new classification codes for your products. If you import goods, as of January, 2012 you will have to use the new codes for your import declarations.
