Corrigendum of Regulation 771/2012 concerning bioethanol from the United States subject to registration

Last August Deloitte informed you with Customs Flash number 5 (Energy edition) that the European Commission had published Regulation 771/2012 regarding bioethanol.  With this Regulation the European Commission informed us that bioethanol originating from the United States is subject to registration by the customs authorities.  However, with the corrigendum of 18 October 2012, the European Commission adjusts the taric codes subject to this registration.  One taric code disappears and three new taric codes are added to the first paragraph of Article 1(1).
