New rules in the Federal Register of the U.S. impacting Trademark Goods?

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is working on a rule that amends its regulations governing the importation of merchandise bearing recorded trademarks or trade names.  Customs and Border Protection aims to have broader application to disclose to intellectual property right holder information appearing on merchandise that may comprise information otherwise protected by the Trade Secrets Act.
