Dutch packaging tax – reminder to file, pay and object/appeal

The Dutch packaging tax has been introduced in 2008 to reduce the quantity of packaging materials brought into the market and to encourage the use of more sustainable packaging materials. The packaging tax will be revoked as per January 1, 2013
