On 2 February 2012, the European Court of Justice (Court) has judged in favour of four companies, Brosmann Footwear, Seasonable Footwear, Lung Pao Footwear and Risen Footwear regarding duties levied on leather upper footwear from China. If you imported leather upper footwear from China between 6 October 2008 and 31 March 2011 that originated from these four Chinese companies, you may file a request for reimbursement for paid duties.
