HS 2012 & new Combined Nomenclature as of January 1, 2012

The HS is a multipurpose international product nomenclature developed by the WCO and is used by more than 200 countries for the description, tariff classification and coding of products.  These HS amendments have been named ‘HS2012’ and are changed by the WCO periodically with a 5 year period being the norm.
