New Additional Note to Chapter 27, Oil products containing biodiesel

In our Customs Flash of 28 November 2012, we informed you about the new Regulation which allows mixing of certain gas or fuel oils classified in Chapter 27.  We mentioned that the Additional Note 2 in Chapter 27 was not yet implemented via a Regulation.  With this Customs Flash update we would like to inform you that the European Commission has published on 29 November 2012 the Regulation which implements the Additional Note.
