Australia: Employee Share Scheme Reports due to employees by July 14 and to the ATO by August 14

This GRU discusses the reporting requirements for companies in relation to Employee Share Schemes (ESS). The ESS Employee form must be provided to employees by July 14, 2012 and the ESS Employer form must be filed with the Australian Taxation Office by August 14, 2012.
