Meet Piet VandendriesscheDTTL Tax Global Managing Partner, Indirect Tax |
Piet Vandendriessche is the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) Tax Global Managing Partner for Indirect Tax and Member Firm Tax Leader for Deloitte Belgium. A qualified tax consultant, he has extensive experience in advising the Belgian market in indirect tax matters and in coordinating indirect tax advisory work for large multinational companies on a global level.
Since joining the Deloitte Belgium Indirect Tax team 20 years ago, Piet has taken the lead role in some of the largest indirect tax advisory projects across a number of industry sectors. During this time his particular specialties have been in the manufacturing, energy, and financial services industries.
Piet holds a law degree and a special degree in tax. He is a practice lecturer among the tax faculty of the Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, and frequently speaks at various national and international seminars.
