Meet Vivian JiangDeloitte China Tax Leader |
Vivian is a member of the Global Tax executive and is the Country Tax Leader for Deloitte China (including Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR). Vivian also serves as a member of the China Management Team and is a member of Deloitte’s Global Retention of Woman (GROW) Council.
Vivian has nearly 20 years of professional experience in China and the United States, providing tax and business advisory services to multinational corporations in a wide range of industries. She frequently writes on tax and business advisory topics related to investment and mergers & acquisitions transactions in China, and is a frequent speaker in conferences and seminars on related topics. Vivian chaired the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce Shanghai for four years and was recognized as one of Shanghai's Top 10 Young Economic Talents. She currently serves as a member of the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
Vivian holds a master’s degree from Georgia State University and is licensed as a CPA in the State of Georgia. Vivian is a guest lecturer at Fudan University and a visiting professor at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
