In executing her role on these engagements, Judy directs and leads the activities of more than 200 Deloitte professionals in more than 50 countries throughout the globe. She is also the Advisory Principal to the Johnson & Johnson and Estee Lauder GES engagements.

In addition to her client roles, Judy is the Managing Principal for Global Tax Clients, Markets & Industries. The strategies put forward place a heavy degree of emphasis on the role and activities of the Lead Tax Partner (LTP), ensuring that the entire global relationship with the client is front and center as the LTP develops retention and growth strategies.

Judy started her career in marketing communications and public relations, holding key roles at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Cushman & Wakefield, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, and PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte Tax LLP) in 1999. She was admitted to the partnership that same year.

Throughout her time with Deloitte, Judy has held leadership roles in marketing communications, client service assessment, and global growth. In each of her roles, she has built and led high-performing teams to provide value-added services to the Deloitte global network.

Judy’s deep communication skills have served her well in working with large global clients and the teams serving them to enhance the operating model between the client and Deloitte, ultimately resulting in higher client satisfaction and optimized team performance. In 2009, Texas Instruments awarded Deloitte’s GES team, led by Judy, the Supplier Excellence of the Year award, choosing among 14,000 vendors to bestow this honor on Deloitte.

Judy is also an active coach and mentor to many Deloitte partners, directors, and professional staff who have sought her advice and guidance given her non-traditional career path. She considers her mentoring work to be a great honor and one of the most important contributions she can make to the Firm over the long term.
