Throughout my career as a consultant in HR transformation and HR strategy, I’ve considered workforce data to be the key to great business decision-making. In my work with Deloitte Analytics, I’m now proving the impact it can have on business performance.
I was one of the founders of our workforce analytics service at Deloitte UK. In my current role I focus on serving clients, growing our business and developing our practitioner capabilities, particularly in the private sector. My responsibilities include leading projects, selling new services, and developing our education and marketing and materials. In addition, I help to increase our marketplace eminence by speaking at conferences.
Deloitte’s global reach, deep insight and knowledge, and strong focus on linking our work to clients’ business outcomes helps set us apart in the market. As an example of this, Deloitte UK has supported the workforce planning and analytics for one of the world’s biggest employers. This work is considered absolutely leading-edge in its field.
When I joined Deloitte I never expected to be part of a team at the forefront of workforce analytics as part of a global super-growth initiative with aspirations of reaching US$5 billion in revenue.
