For me, the excitement lies in the continuous flow of new business issues that I study and work with, that make my job exciting. Our strong analytical capability enables us to come up with answers and insights for our clients that really make a difference.
My main responsibility is to offer and deliver quality work in analytics to clients. My job includes developing new and differentiated service offerings from Deloitte Analytics to ensure that clients can maximize the full potential of their data. I have also shared responsibilities in practice management such as recruitment, training, knowledge sharing, and resources scheduling.
My industry expertize comes from years working with clients and talking on a daily basis with Deloitte colleagues about the challenges our clients are facing. Even so, it is something that never ends and where you feel you can always learn more.
I have been involved in some large challenging projects for clients, with culture change impacting thousands of employees. I have had client work experience in Europe, Africa, and Asia – all very different cultural backgrounds, which always makes the projects memorable.
When I joined Deloitte I never expected to be working in the same firm for so long. I guess I still feel I’m working with the best!
