No two days working in Deloitte Analytics are the same. This affords me numerous opportunities to explore new areas and develop new skills, keeping my job fresh and interesting.
I started my career at Deloitte UK as a software developer, but my role has evolved to encompass a much broader range of business skills. That’s one of the great things about a career at Deloitte -- it offers challenge and rewards your ability to respond to that challenge. In my current role, I help businesses make the most of technology, and in recent months this has included introducing Data Analytics into our core business in Tax.
I have been working with one of my most significant clients for a number of years. Initially, Deloitte was brought on to create a customized software solution for them. Over the years, the client has undergone significant change and presented us with a number of intriguing challenges. We are now looking to introduce Workforce Analytics into the solution, breaking new ground.
Deloitte stands out in the market because while we are already recognized as industry leaders, our ability to adapt our businesses and build new markets will help ensure that we continue to be at the forefront of defining what Data Analytics can do for businesses.
When I joined Deloitte I never expected to have such rewarding and varied opportunities, such as building deep relationships with clients while solving difficult business problems, identifying and building new markets, and attending global Deloitte Analytics conferences.
