Client concerns can be ambiguous at times. I am motivated to dig through the data to understand the real cause of the client’s challenges, and determine the most effective way to address them. Analytics helps the user identify the most salient issues, implement the best structure and develop an approach that will deliver results.
I began my career in human resource management and have considerable experience in workforce-related analytics. In my consulting role, I lead projects to support HR directors of leading organizations in solving complex human resources problems, such as increasing workforce effectiveness, optimizing the operating model and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function. I also lead internal teams to develop innovative solutions for workforce analytics in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
My most memorable project was working with a global media client facing an urgent need to change business strategy, increase capability, and focus on growth. Our team reviewed the current organization in light of their aspirations, gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization and their needs. We identified capability gaps and designed an approach that would assist them to shape their future organization.
