On-demand applications maintenance
We know it is a challenge for companies to find the right resource and staffing mix to accommodate fluctuations in the support of their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), legacy and web-based applications, so we offer "On-demand" Application Maintenance services. Our clients buy a bundle of hours that they can use for whatever skills they need at a particular moment in time. They often use this service to avail themselves of those little used but essential technical skills that are costly and inefficient to keep in-house.
Clients can review documentation about their service requests and our actions through an Internet portal. Then, on a quarterly basis, we will provide them with proactive recommendations on how to best take advantage of our services based on their utilization history.
