Global Human Capital
Brett Walsh is the Global Leader for the Human Capital practice in Consulting and leads the HR Transformation practice in the UK. Brett consults at a senior level on HR strategies, merger integrations, organization design, and major transformation programs, including the provision of back-office shared services and offshoring/outsourcing, with particular expertise in HR and Change Management.
Prior to taking the global leadership role, Brett was the EMEA Human Capital Leader from 2004-2012. He continues to coordinate the HR Transformation and M&A centers of excellence in the EMEA region.
Brett has an MBA from Warwick University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants. International consulting experience includes working with clients in US, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and France.
