Global Human Capital
Jeff is the global Human Capital Leader for Marketing, Eminence & Brand. He leads our Human Capital global delivery operations in India and is based in New Delhi. Jeff is a Consulting partner with global and emerging markets experience in talent strategies, leadership, learning and talent development, organization design, strategic change, and human resources (HR) strategies.
Jeff was the founding leader of Deloitte’s global talent management services practice. He has also played leadership roles in developing the firm’s CHRO services and the Human Capital Enterprise Value Map. He is a frequent speaker and writer on issues at the intersection of business, talent, and globalization.
Over the past 25 years Jeff has lived and worked in the US, India, Russia, Belgium, Kenya, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Jeff has degrees in international affairs, an MPA from Princeton University, and an MBA from the Yale University School of Management.
