Hamada-san is the Human Capital Leader for Japan. He has more than 20 years’ experience in human capital consulting, with an emphasis on Total Rewards and Talent Management.
Hamada- san has been engaged in helping Japanese companies strengthen global management and human development. His projects include creating HR and organization strategies, evaluating and implementing HR systems, and architecting human development program and training for executives and management. Most of his work is in the Consumer Business and Manufacturing industries.
Hamada-san has a bachelor’s degree in science and engineering from Keio University and MBA degree from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (IBEAR). His major publications include “Strategic management competency” and “Introduction to Value Management Organization.”
