Deloitte Netherlands Human Capital practice
Ardie is the Human Capital Leader for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region, and for the Netherlands. In addition to her role as HC leader, Ardie is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Deloitte in the Netherlands.
Ardie has a background in psychology, strategy, human capital, and organization and change. Her experience covers the spectrum of human capital issues, including change management and learning, HR Strategy, organizational development, and talent management.
Ardie is an active market-facing client partner and consults on merger integrations, organizational design, HR strategies, and change management to support major transformation programs, primarily in public sector. She has more than 20 years of experience and has delivered some of the largest multi-year assignments in the Dutch public sector industry.
