As a Leader of the Human Capital Consulting practice of Deloitte Consulting South Africa, Trevor focuses on transforming large companies and on improving the effectiveness at people at work. He is leading our organization design methodology, and specializes in building sustainable businesses and large scale change.
Trevor has directed and managed projects related to HR strategy, process and technology, strategic organizational change, and performance management. He specializes in human capital consulting in the oil and gas and Financial Services Industry.
Previously Trevor was the Practice Leader for Human Capital Services in Southeast Asia, and was instrumental in building a new Change Management practice in East Asia. He has delivered engagements in South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts (Law and Psychology), University of Witwatersrand, a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management from Wits Business School, a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law from UNISA, and an MBA from Henley Business School.
