Feargus leads the UK's Human Capital practice. He has particular responsibility for the Actuarial & Pension Services business, comprising Insurance, Pensions, and Advanced Analytics capabilities.
His leadership responsibilities have covered the full range of human capital services. From a day to day business perspective Feargus has more than 25 years of advisory experience, specialising in pension/retirement and associated actuarial, tax, and accounting issues in the UK and many other jurisdictions. Particular personal market focus is on consulting services, structuring solutions for pension funding issues and other benefit issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business combinations.
In addition to holding and Engineering Science degree from the University of Oxford, Feargus is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, an Affiliate of the ICAEW and a Member of the Association of Consulting Actuaries, and the International Actuarial Association.
