Meet Jason Geller
Global Service Line Leader for HR Transformation
Jason is the Global and US Leader for HR Transformation, and has led our hyper-growth in this area for the last several years. Jason’s advises global organizations with the strategy and plan, architect and design, and implementation and optimize stages of their HR transformation journeys. Jason has assisted clients with projects that include strategy, service delivery, business case analysis, shared services, service centers, technology, portals, outsourcing, organization design, and change management.
Jason is a member of the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors, the Global Human Capital Executive Committee, and US Human Capital Executive Committee. He previously led Deloitte Consulting’s Global HR Outsourcing offering and also served as the US Human Capital Chief Strategy and Market Officer. He has co-authored many of Deloitte Consulting’s points of view, methodologies, and tools related to HR transformation, service delivery, and outsourcing.
Jason received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations and his MBA from Columbia University.
