Heather leads our Canadian Human Capital practice and she leads financial services for HC Globally. She is also a member of the Board in Canada and the Chair of the Talent and Succession Committee of the Board.
Through her work in developing and executing strategic plans, Heather has become an advisor to executives who are undertaking business transformations, merger integrations, or changing their operating model. She has extensive experience in talent strategy and leadership development for executive leaders and boards.
Heather’s clients are predominantly in banking, insurance and pension funds. She has advised on initiatives across Canada, as well as in the US, UK, and France.
