Richard is the Human Capital Practice Leader for the Asia Pacific Region, and for New Zealand. His experience covers the spectrum of human capital issues, including change management and learning, total rewards programs, HR operations and technology, organizational development, and talent management.
Richard has been involved in organizational transformation across multiple industries. He has experience working with some of the world’s top companies on both the consulting and employer side. He previously lead the Consumer & Industrial Products industry program for Human Capital in the United States.
Over the past 30 years Richard has worked in the US and now is based out of Auckland, New Zealand. Richard has an M.A. in applied economics, an M.H.S.A. in medical care organization from the University of Michigan and a B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from the College of Wooster. He is a certified employee benefit specialist (CEBS), a past president of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and a charter member of that organization.
