Jaime is the Region Leader for the Human Capital in the Americas. He has over 25 years of work experience in areas of Business Strategy and Human Resources.
Jaime has led projects related to HR strategy and alignment, organization design, workforce analysis and optimization, change management and culture, and compensation strategy alignment.
In addition to holding a Business Administration and MBA from the University Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile, Jaime has participated in the Leading Professional Services Firm Program of Harvard Business School. During his career he has also served senior executives in national and multinational companies, with responsibilities at regional level.
